MSI Holdings, Corp. is a Hobbs, New Mexico holding company that buys durable, profitable businesses from owners who care what happens next — oilfield services, equipment rental, industrial and commercial services, and distribution companies across all of Texas and New Mexico. We're actively growing the Texas side of the portfolio, from the Permian Basin to Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin — and we look at accounting practices anywhere in the Southwest. Most of the companies we talk to were built over decades — often family-run, often the owner's life's work. We think that deserves a buyer who plans to still be here decades from now.

After closing, each company keeps its own name, team, and local identity. MSI operates as a partner behind the scenes: tightening financial reporting, investing in equipment and marketing, and building systems that let good operators do more of what they're good at.
